Job Interview

1.      Tell us about yourself?

ð  My name is Anggita Dwi Utami and i’m 20 years old. I can speak English well but I’m still learning for it. Actually, I'm an honest person and a hard worker and also I can motivate myself and others, I’m very responsible about my job.

2.      Why should we hire you?

ð  Because this is my dream job. I have dreamt it for a long time.So, If i'm able to get this job, I will work as hard as I can to improve my self, skill and to make sure this company achieve the best company.

3.      What is the reason behind leaving your last job?

ð  Because, the company does not treat their employees well and my ability cannot be developed in my last job. I love to show my ability for my job and i want try something new.

4.      Why you have been unemployed for such a long time?

ð  Because i haven't find a suitable job

5.      Tell me your ability to work under pressure?

ð  Maybe be patient and just do my job well

6.      Tell me your job experience?

ð  I ever became a flight attendant in one of the indonesian airlines

7.      What are you expectations from this job?

ð  I can be the one of flight attendant in this company

8.      Describe your management style?

ð  I’m very responsible about my job. So, I will be very active and diligent to do my job. Also, I’m kind of person who loves to do any kind of job as soon as possible.

9.      Are you a team player?

ð  Yes, i am. I like to do something together with other people. So, I can have a lot of experience from them.

10.  What irritates you about co-workers?

ð  They stole my job

11.  How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

ð  Maybe for 3 years or 5 years, because i know become a flight attendant should be single

12.  How do see yourself 5 years from now?

ð  5 years later, I’m sure I will became a professional flight attendant.

13.  Do you consider yourself successful?

ð  Not yet. But, I think I will become a successful person soon.

14.  What is your weakness?

ð  I have weakness to deny the request from others. for example when someone asked for my help, I can't do it, but I really can't refuse it.

15.  What is your strength?

ð  One of my strength is focus. If I have a task I always make it become my priority.

16.  What possition do you prefer on a team working on a project?

ð  Certainly be the one of flight attendant in this company

17.  How much salary do you expect?

ð  No matter how much this company give the salary to me, as long as it fits what I'm doing

18.  Are you ready to be replaced any time to other city or abroad?

ð  Yes, of course i’m ready, because it's my obligations
